Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@newtree.mv within 2 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
